European Patent Attorney
We are seeking an experienced patent attorney, qualified to at least European level, with a strong background in Communications Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Physics with telecoms experience. The work will involve a mix of advisory work, drafting, prosecution and attending hearings. For the right candidate, excellent opportunities exist for direct client responsibility and advancement to partnership.
We are open to the possibility of flexible working, and this opportunity might be of interest to someone returning from maternity leave. The role can be based either in our London or Farnham office.

All necessary training will be provided to lead to full qualification as a Chartered Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney.

We are seeking graduate entrants with a background in Communications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Physics. New graduates will initially be based in our London office, but may have the option to move to our Farnham office. Additionally, for candidates with good German, a placement in our Munich office may also be possible.
All necessary training will be provided to lead to full qualification as a Chartered Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney.
Candidates should have a relevant degree with at least upper second-class honours. They must be able to write in clear and concise English. Candidates should have the commitment and drive to deliver excellent client service, whilst studying for and passing professional examinations.
