KOREAN REFORMS

The Korean design system has been revised as of 1st July 2009, apparently in the light of the credit crunch. Changes include:
a) Request for re-examination, as a cheaper alternative to filing an appeal, in the face of rejection;
b) Cheaper late payment fines on renewals.
