• Maucher Börjes Jenkins is launched

     

    The Partners of RGC Jenkins & Co. are pleased to announce a merger of their German operations with Maucher, Börjes & Kollegen of Freiburg im Breisgau to create a new firm called Maucher Börjes Jenkins.

    By this exciting merger of German operations, Jenkins expands its reach into the technology-rich "Three-Country Triangle" at the corner of Germany, France and Switzerland, while Maucher, Börjes & Kollegen, a premier firm in the Baden-Württemberg region of Germany expands in Munich, the home of IP in Germany.

    Maucher Börjes Jenkins will be headquartered in Freiburg, capital of the Black Forest region and home to one of Germany’s top universities and leading research institutes.  Freiburg is in the heartland of Europe's bio and high tech cluster stretching to Strasbourg in France and Basel in Switzerland.

    Felix Rummler, a Partner of Jenkins, will join Henrich Börjes-Pestalozza as a Partner in the new firm, dividing his time between the Munich and Freiburg offices.  Wolfgang Maucher will continue as a consultant.
