    Handong graduated from Zhejiang University, China with a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering and later was awarded MSc degrees in Electronics Engineering and management of Intellectual Property from Queen Mary & Westfield College (University of London).

    Handong has previously worked as an IT analyst in a blue chip IT firm and as a research assistant in a cancer research lab.

    Handong joined Jenkins in 2006 and qualified as a Chartered Patent Attorney and a European Patent Attorney in 2010.  He handles patent applications mainly in the fields of telecommunications, computer hardware, software, and electronics.

    Handong is fluent in Mandarin and has a good understanding of Japanese.

    In his spare time, Handong enjoys rock climbing, swimming, etc.

    寒冬于毕业于浙江大学，并获得电气工程学士学位。其后在伦敦大学皇后玛丽学院进修并获得电子工程及知识产权管理硕士学位。

     

    寒冬曾于IBM任职IT分析员，负责信息安全审核，企业内部互联网设计，数据库管理等工作。 另于皇后玛丽学院细胞分子研究院任职科研助理，期间曾参与多个皮肤癌研究项目，部分研究成果及实验数据曾在病毒学期刊上发表。

     

    寒冬于2006年7月加入Jenkins，并于2010年取得英国和欧洲专利代理人资格。主要负责处理通信，计算机硬件、软件、及电子领域内的专利申请，异议及复审等工作。

     

    寒冬母语为中文，精通英文，并可进行日文读写。

     

    业余时间，寒冬喜爱攀岩、游泳等体育活动。
