Nicholas Hinchcliffe

Nicholas graduated from the University of Leeds in 2005 with a first class Honours degree in Electronic Engineering. He was awarded a PhD in 2010, also from the University of Leeds, for research involving the fabrication and measurement of double metal terahertz quantum cascade lasers.

He is particularly interested in applications related to semiconductor devices.

In his spare time, Nicholas enjoys anything to do with digital photography, most especially digital SLR photography.
