Kate obtained an LLB (Hons) in French and Law and began her career in Trade Marks at the British Broadcasting Corporation in 2004, before moving into private practice in 2006.

Prior to joining Jenkins in 2010, Kate has gained valuable experience in prosecuting UK, Community, foreign and International applications and has coordinated oppositions and handled other contentious matters for large blue-chip corporations through to smaller individual clients. Kate has also gained experience overseas following a year in Australia in 2009 working at a leading IP firm in Sydney.  Kate qualified as a trade mark attorney in 2011.

Outside of work, Kate's hobbies include socialising with friends and family, scuba diving and travelling off the beaten track.
