We are qualified to advise on whether a court is likely to regard a particular patent as infringed. When advising on how to avoid infringement, we look at the likely validity of the patent and what "design-around" strategies a client might consider.

If notification of a patent has been sent to you or one of your customers, you should contact us promptly, before any contact with the patent owner.

Likewise, if you wish to extend your product range into a field in which you are aware of a relevant patent, you should engage a patent attorney early on.
