German Oppositions
The German patent system, like the European Patent system, provides for inter partes revocation of a granted patent. The period for filing opposition is brief - just 3 months from grant (as opposed to 9 months for a European patent). Whether successful, unsuccessful or partially successful, the outcome can be appealed to the Patents Court.
